Hi all,

Just purchased the walkman and have a problem. If I load music onto the internal memory it works fine. However, I've added a 128GB card and am having problems. I can load music onto it using MediaGo or directly from Windows and it but it won#t rebuild the database. It tries to but then restarts automatically. It then rebuilds again and restarts. Just left it all night and have woken to find it still going through the cycle!

Any ideas why?

Hi there,

I'm not familiar with this issue, however did you go through all the steps in this Help Guide article? You'll also find some notes about using micro SD Cards here.

They also mention "rebuilding the database on the walkman" in the article here, perhaps that might be an option?

If none of this is of any help, I would advise you to get in touch with Support.
