Have you tried to disable and re-enable the Bluetooth on your phone and see if this resolves the issue?

Let me know how you get on?

Hi all.

I've a pair of bluetooth WI-1000x headphones. I think they're great but when connected with my phone (Galaxy Note 9) I'm getting a floating notification on the screen stating the battery level of the headphones. This is fine, the issue is that this notification pops on my screen every three seconds or so which makes watching any video content on my phone incredibly annoying (see attached screenshot). I've turned phone on/off, headphones on/off and factory reset them to no avail.

Can anyone please help? It's driving me bananas.

Yes.

I have reset the firmware on the headphone and done all the usual stuff like disabling and re-enabling bluetooth to no avail.

What I have discovered is that it appears linked to the GA integration. If I turn off the GA it doesn't happen so it's likely a software issue.
