Welcome to our community!

You can always start with the basics to try to resolve this issue. Make sure your computer matches the program's system requirements which are listed on this link. Also, make sure you're using the latest version which is Version: 2.0.2.

You can also try to uninstall the program then install it again.

Let us know if any of the above helped and if not could you let us know more details with screenshots if possible?
