Ugreen bluetooth transmitter

I have been trying to pair a Ugreen bluetooth transmitter with my WH1000XM3. Unfortunately it does not work.

I have TV that does not have bluetooth.

Can anyone suggest a TV bluetooth transmitter that would pair with the WH1000XM3,?
