      <title>WF-1000XM3 window 10 issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble pairing these to a Windows 10 laptop. They don't appear to show up as an audio device. I would try updating the firmware, but the link to it has been removed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be much appreciated as it seems impossible to actually get hold of someone that works at Sony.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chris&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have paired my headphones to my windows 10 laptop without any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes they do not appear under available audio devices, so you just click on the Add Bluetooth or other device, then select the first option Mice, keyboards, pends or audio......&amp;nbsp; Hey presto the headphones appear!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorted for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Carl.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm also trying to pair my new headphones to Win 10 v 1909 but nothing is found. Other devices pair okay. The headphones connected to my phone okay via the Android app. Using headphone firmware 4.2.2 as supplied but I've yet to find how to update the firmware or find the latest and the app doesn't seem to indicate a way to do it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once the update had installed and I restarted, the headphones paired without any problem........&lt;/P&gt;</description>
