Can I transfer playlists I've created in Windows on my computer using file manager and drag and drop them to the Walkman so they appear as playlists on the device?

So, for example I plug the mp3 into the computer using a USB cable. Then I open a folder named "best songs" on the computer, am I then able to drag and drop this straight to the device without having to use an extra piece of software like Music Centre for PC or Media Go? I'm trying to avoid using extra software and just make a direct transfer. I was unable to do this on a previous device so looking for one that can

Well, according to the official Help Guide, you can drag and drop music files using the Windows Explorer: link, and you can also manage your playlists directly on the Walkman in case the import isn't in the order you expect: link. Hope this helps.
