PS-LX310BT record player - sound very quiet

Hello,

I recently bought the PS-LX310BT record player for my mum to play her old records on. We have successfully linked it with a sound bar but the sound is very quiet. Has anyone else had this and managed to resolve it please?

The settings are set up as stated in the instruction manual (output = line)

Hi Anna,

Did you try any other soundbar with this unit, maybe it is compatibility issue?

I have tried it with a JBL bluetooth speaker and it was the same. Do you think it's worth trying a Sony soundbar perhaps?

I've tried a Sony sound bar but unfortunately it's doing the same with that one too. Thinking we will take the record player back for a refund now which is a shame, but I'm out of ideas!
