And try refreshing the headset by resetting it as shown <A href="https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm5/v1/en/contents/TP1000541012.html" target="_blank">here</A> and the initializing to the factory settings as shown <A href="https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm5/v1/en/contents/TP1000541013.html" target="_blank">here</A>.
