    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have only just bought my RX100 camera today from John Lewis in Newbury. The assistant told me I was entitled to a £50 cashback from Sony and all I had to do was register with them. Their site is obviously not working correctly and I have had to send them a message. Time will tell if they sort things and I get my money but if I dont I will cause them a lot of trouble. Lets hope I dont have to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have read many messages saying how difficult it is to receive cash back from Sony, but hoped this would not apply in my case. Unfortunately I have just received an email saying my claim had been rejected as I sent order confirmation rather than the invoice. This is very surprising as it clearly shows INVOICE in large letters half way down the page and gives the invoice number. I have resubmitted my claim, but am wondering whether Sony will find some other specious reason to deny my claim, as seems to have happened with many other people.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mike&lt;/P&gt;</description>
