DSC Wx200 Black Screen

Hello,

I have a DCS WX200 cybershot camera it has worked perfectly for years, however when I came to turn it on today the screen is completely blank and doesn't show any image.

I can see all menus and text perfectly but there's no image of what I'm shooting. I have tried initializing and changing memory card. The shutter isn't stuck, so I'm baffled.

Any help is appreciated desperately need it fixed.

Hey Nathan11, try to remove the battery pack, wait for about one minute, re-insert the battery pack, then turn on the power. If the issue is still happening, then I think it needs a repair.
