Hi reading nightmare stories about win7 64 bit and PMB .........................my previous was winxp now on win 8 64 bit

will it work is it worth downloading or will it screw uo my computer got lots of avchd files of the kidz

To be honest, I have already migrated over to Windows 8 Pro 64 bit edition and not had any issues. I did it as an upgrade vs clean install which notified me of any programs which may need to be reinstalled and no problems with Picture Motion Browser.

Migration to Windows XP to Windows 7 was a big deal since the drivers and back end was a drastic change. Windows 7 to 8 was a lot simpler.
