Sony Reader charge battery

I cant charge my Sony Reader. Unused for a while and now the battery wont charge. Works if I connect it to my computer with USB. What to do? Is there a place to go in Stockholm? I have no idea what model it is either.

Have you tried reaching out to your local Sony support reps (Sony Sweden I believe) to check for a solution?

I have a Sony PRS-600/SC Reader Touch Edition

I tried a variety of my USB charging devices some overnight all for more than the four hours mentioned in the manual - they all failed so I bought the external Sony power supply which has an output of 5.2V and a current of 2A. This I think is greater than a lot of my other charging devices. After being connected to this more powerful charger I started to get a good response. Left it charging overnight and now it works perfectly.
