Error message when trying to read downloaded ebooks

I have had a ebook reader PRS-505 for a couple of years with no problems. I had to change computers last week and am back on my original one but I have downloaded 4 ebooks from WHSmiths website and I now get an error message saying

Error getting license
License server communication problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER

I obviously have done something wrong but I am not sure how to fix it.

Please help

I think the problem is caused because you've changed computers..:smileyconfused:

Try this -

First delete the 4 books from your Reader..

Then de-authorize the Reader.

Disconnect your reader from the PC and reconnect.

Authorise your reader.

Then download the books again..
