It was picked up a week ago, and today I went to Vaio-link.com and entered my Name, Serial No, and Case No into the appropriate fields.<BR /><BR />All I get is this:<BR /><I>Dear visitor, your VAIO is being diagnosed and necessary actions will be taken within the shortest period<BR /> <BR />Airwaybill number / Tracking Reference <BR />XXXXXXXXXXXXXX</I><BR /><BR />The tracking reference number is a hyperlink - and when I click I just get a pop up asking me to enter all my details again.<BR /><BR />Is this correct? I was assuming I would get some sort of info as to what was actually happening with my repair. The way they described it on the phone was made to sound much better than this is!
