I think that anything, because normally the drive C stores programs and the drive D Data.  &lt;BR /&gt;  &lt;BR /&gt;I don't believe that there will be a performance earnings.  &lt;BR /&gt;  &lt;BR /&gt;The one that I imagine is you to use an old resource of DOS and to format the disk C.  &lt;BR /&gt;  &lt;BR /&gt;Then you would have the wanted result. But I cannot assure that with the recovery disk you could install Windows without doing the partition. I think it is possible.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;i'm the owner of a VGN-FS215M notebook, and i would like to delete the D partition and have all software and data in the C. How could i do that? I tryed the recovery but it don't give me the possibility to total delete the D partition.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanx in advance and sorry for my english&lt;BR /&gt;Denis&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
