      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to recover my computer, it's not the first time I do this, so I don't know what the problem is. when it's starting the recovery system, a error message appears "Recovery file is compatible with your model type" thanks for any help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

It should compatible with your VAIO.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or do you mean it's not compatible?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There was an Update on VAIO-Link for the VAIO-recovery. I think you must install it, then burn the DVD again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HTH&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

If you VAIO came with a DVD or the partition was deleted, then contact the TechSupport. You need a new Recovery DVD. They should send you one for free, I think.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
