Really disappointed with the quality of the display, considering it has 2nd gen x-black with double lamp technology. Uneven backlighting throughout most of the screen, but worst along the bottom edge of the display. You shouldn't get that at all on a white full screen background. If you are, take it back within two weeks of purchase date for a full refund or replacement . After two weeks it it at the mercy of Vaio Link as the warranty kicks in. Many sing the praises of your model so you should be OK.
