X-black LCD and double lamp technology?

Hi - I trying to confirm weather my VGNS4XP/B equipt with a
X-black LCD, also features double lamp technology? Its supposed to be selected models only - but where can I verify what is the case on mine?

Suggestions are highly appreciated

I guess the double lamp technique is used only for larger screens. And I also guess te S4XP is as large as my S2XP, which has 13.3" screen. I don't think it has a double lamp.

Do you mind telling me how you 'know' this... Does it state that under in your device manager in he control panel or otherwise in some obscure sysinfo?
My problem is that I know (so sony said) that some in the S4XP series are equipt with double lamp tech, but nothing to indicate how to verify this.

Hi the VAIO VGNS4XP/B has an X-Black screen but does not have dual lamp

Well, you may be right. - I am however still puzzled by the S-series presentation of x-black lcd that mention double lamp technology on selected models - s-models supposedly.

Have a look in your manual it should state wether or not you have dual lamps in there
