Could use some help. 2 problems

I have a VGN-S3XP and two problems:

1. At the very top of my LCD (above the image part) there is kinda like a dark green/blueish line that is divided into 3 smaller parts. When I open a very bright window/program.. you cant see the green line. However, otherwise I have this green 0.2 cm thick line across the upper part of the screen. It is there when I boot, use windows ...
Is something wrong (atleast I think so)? What is it? I havent seen it before... Do anyone else have something similiar? How do I fix it?

2. For som odd reason my Vaio screensave whont work. Where can I download it?

Thanks for your reply but there are some problems.

1. My green lines never dissapears, they are joust impossible to see when a bright program is on (lots of white...).
2. I do not have an Italian operative system.
3. I cannot seem to find the Vaio S series screensaver at the fun section.

I'd wait to see what the other guys have to say first but it might be a display adapter or driver problem . See if there are any driver updates and if not get ready to contact Sony.

That's a bit poor of Sony "no solution yet".

I would speak to VAIO Link, they might suggest a pickup

(then atleast 1 problem is solved)
