Plz. Help

I have PCG-GRZ615G for 2 years, but I have much problems now, firstly it becomes within 10 minutes very hot and second I can not play DVD or jpg movie¿s without it continues cat out. I have tried to remove all dirt, and up great more memory, but it does not help. Do you have an idea why it way slow and becomes rapidly warm?

If it's overheating within 10 minutes then there is a problem with the cooling system. Either there is dust/ dirt in there or one of the fans is not working.

I would first of all see what processes are running and what kind of CPU usage you have when the machine is 'idle' - you may have a virus/ malware.

Secondly, run a dignostic with a program like Everest or mobilemeter (Google will help) and check what temperatures are being achieved inside the machine. If you use Everest this should tell you what speed the fans are running at, or if not running.
