      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;for a couple of days sometimes when i try to open the cd drive it doesnt open and makes funny noise cause its trying to open but doesnt.........is it normal(i dont think so). could it be hasrdware problem or something related to heat or something?&lt;BR /&gt;anyone else had this problem?:smileysad:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;No it's not normal.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you want to get the media out use a pin in the little hole.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once you've done that check nothing is blocking the rails which the drive moves along to close.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
