      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;disable the Swap file and Hibernate. Then you must restart.&lt;BR /&gt;Defrag the HDD. Then create a new Swap file and enable Hibernate.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;.................&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you use 2 Antivir Softwares? That could be the problem too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is normal if you have 256MB RAM, as SP2 uses quite a lot of RAM.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a wireless card there can be a lot of activity as it's sending and recieving data from the router.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try Seb's advice though&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
