How do i connect my vaio VGN-FS315E to hd ready tv using vga port and jack plugs

That will depend on the connections on the TV.

If the TV has a PC D-SUB 15-pin port then this will connect direct to the Vaio's VGA port.

If the TV has no PC port then you will need a converter box to convert the VGA signal (RGB) to composite Video or S-Video.

In both cases you will need to connect the sound separately - from the headphone output on the Vaio to the analogue phono inputs on the TV.

You will need a converter box like one of these: -

The converter cables without the box will not work. I see there is a VGA to HDMI box available also.
