Windows Malfunction - Sony Vaio VPCEE2M1E

Hey everyone;

My sony vaio keeps on crashing, going to a black screen with a blue box saying Windows has be closed/shut down due to it malfunctioning, and also mentions the bios before the message quickly goes away;

Then when I restart it, it is forced to do a system restore that takes a while.

The USB ports have also stopped working, every time I plug something in it says the device has malfunctioned; which obviously is not correct as it has occured with every device I have plugged in.

I have done scans and nothing has come up; the Vaio scan is saying the computer is healthy and nothing is wrong.

Any help would be great
