    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My VAIO has had problems with start up. I sent it to Sony for repair under warrenty and they returned it to me after having it about 3 weeks and when I switched on it asked me to insert recovery discs. I contacted Sony on a number of occasions (have spent a fortune as phone calls really expensive!) as I did not have the original recovery discs. I found the support people quite rude but eventually they sent me a set of recovery discs costing £44.00 and when I inserted them into my VAIO they just get spat out again. I know there are huige problems in the states with the start up mechanism with Sony but has anyone had a similar experience to me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
