      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My screen just alternates between 4 horizontal quarters of red, blue, greena nd off-white, black, off-white and white.&amp;nbsp; No hdmi cable is plugged in.&amp;nbsp; Turning PC off and on makes no difference.&amp;nbsp; The screen just reverts to the alternating modes of colour.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas anyone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
