tried to calibrate monitor with hex2bit now my colours are washed out how can i get back to default settings

What model Vaio are you talking about and which Graphics provider does it use?

In general terms, you need to right-click on a blank area of the desktop -> Properties -> Settings -> Advanced

and look for the Colour Management Tab under your Graphics Adapter. You will see a list of Colour Profiles associated with your display and you will need to remove the new profile or reset the profile to factory basics.
