      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if you have 4 or more dead pixels towards the center or main viewing area of your screen it is subject for replacement. if you have 7 or more dead pixels in the outer rimb or boarder area it is subject for replacement. the company will naturaly try to evade this, but wenn i had the same problems with FS i told them that I would not hesitate to get a settlement through a court, if they would not replace my screen.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i have a sony now... and my first stale pixel to bottom of the screen!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

How can you be expected to pay upwards of £1k and accept 19 dead pixels as ok???&lt;BR /&gt;Mabye a generic budget laptop but SONY-it just serves to degrade the image the brand owns!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
