      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hello, i am having defficulties installing extra memory with my vaio Vx, one of the screw is  stripped-out head, can any one advise me what to do? and also i have been trying to contact to vaio support and it ask me for my email address and serial number which i have registered with club vaio, so i type in the write details but it says my emails not found? double checked my details with club vaio.. please advise what to do..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like MrShrek is tring to get the back off his Vaio but has found the cross head screwsa to be buggered so he cannot use a screw driver.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The screw should not be too tight, so if Shrek gets his best fitting screw driver, and a SMALL dab of araldite rapid, he should be able to get to grips with the screw after a few hours...SMALLL amount of glue only !!..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Another option, if you are good with a dremel is to use a small drill (about 2.5 mm)  and carefully drill the head of the screw. You should only need to drill down about 1 mm before the head of the screw will snap off. You an then remove the rest of the screw once you have the back off the computer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any doubts about doing the work yourself, then take it to a computer pro.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
