memory upgrade

The FR415S is listed as being able to support up to 1Gb Ram but ships with 512Mb. You will need to check the laptop physically to see if you have 1 x 512Mb or 2 x 256Mb installed. If the latter you will have to buy 2 x 512Mb sticks but can possibly sell the 256Mb sticks (on EBay?).

The memory is usually easily accessible. Turn the laptop over and you should see a screw holding down a cover. Undo this and you should see the ram(s).

HTH

Having said that, they still don't have my grt715 on the list of laptops!
