VAIO UPDATE FAILING - UPDATES WON'T DOWNLOAD

New VAIO SVE1513D1EW am trying to update VAIO Care and download various VAIO updates (including VAIO update) and they start downloading then stop abrubtly.

What is going on?

Have looked at various threads but none can shed any light on what is happening.

Hi geoffreyconnor and welcome to the Sony User Community.

There is a known throughput issue with Sony's download servers and Sony are working on it.

They have not given us any timescale for a fix but we will pass on any info we get from Sony.

All you can try is to download at the least popular times of day (early morning or late evening) but this may or may not help.
