Can not find an app for my laptop to customise my headphones to get into settings ect like you can for a phone

my phone is old and does not support apps. Any help would be appreciated, waiting for sony to reply

there is no way to do this without a phone - it doesn't have to be your own though, you can lend a phone from a friend, apply the settings and then give the phone back - the headphones store the settings you applied the last time.
