I have a Vaio SVF1421B4E laptop I've installed Windows 10.

I have a bluetooth mouse with its own BT dongle plugged into a USB 2 socket

I recently bought a mobile PA to play backing tracks Its a Max P12BT Portable sound system, I can't publish a URL to the item but you can find it by searching.

The laptop won't see it.

There is a conflict of missing drivers in the device manager, I think its the bluetooth driver but I can't update the drivers, can't find them on Sony support

What can I do

All the available drivers for your model Vaio can be downloaded here:

Pick the latest Windows driver - probably 8.0 or 8.1.

if you have problems, please list all the conflicts in Device Manager.
