PlayMemories Home Version 6.0.00.12211

I can no longer signin to my PlayMemories Home using my PC with WIN 10 which used to work perfectly. I can still signin using my IPad.

The Error message that displays is a Connection to the server could not be established (18.67b77568.1587203345.569e7d2).

Any help in resolving this would be appreciated.

PS I have attempted to re-install the software but receive the same error
