Broken Bluetooth Speaker? SRS-XB21

My Bluetooth speaker won’t turn on.

i am able to charge it but when I turn it on the charging light and power light flicker and it turns back off after a couple of seconds. I have tried a couple of different chargers and left it charging for a couple of days but still the same thing happens.
was wondering if there is any way I can get it to work again

I have also tried pressing the reset button on the back and holding the power button and volume button at the same time still no results

the speaker doesn’t even turn on for the couple of seconds unless it is plugged in
