SVF1521G2EW Loging into Temporary Profile

My Vaio laptop ( Windows 8.1) is logging into temporary profile and it’s NOT allowing me to access anything . I can see all my fileA. Only way I can rectify is by getting the administrative account log in . How can log into the laptop as an administrator when the laptop is always going into a temporary profile . Can someone help ?

The temporary profile is not allowing me to do anything. I can see my old user folder in the c drive and also through command prompt (cmd). The temporary prolife is not also allowing me use cmd as an administrator.
