Bluetooth keeps disappearing from my PC

My bluetooth is driving me mad as it keeps disappearing from my PC after sleep. I fix it every time only for it to disappear and it's becoming a little tedious. I looked online for a solution but none seemed appropriate - I found what I thought was a fix but didn't seem to apply to my model of laptop. The other issue I have is that I appear to have 2 model numbers - one on the bottom of my computer and one when I look up under Sony Vaio, which doesn't help. Neither model number seems to come up when trying to search Sony. Is anyone able to guide me through what to do so that my bluetooth stays on the taskbar. I'm afraid I'm not brilliantly IT literate when it comes to the inner workings of a laptop, but can follow instruction. The laptop is rather slow now and about 6 years old, but it works for me!! Any help would be most gratefully received. Thanks.

Maybe you're facing a driver issue. For example; if you're using Windows 10 on a 6-year-old laptop, you're bound to have stability issues and there are no Windows 10 drivers as well (even if it is officially confirmed as supported).

You mentioned 2 model numbers, could you share both here? Maybe we can find more info about it that way as well.
