      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi ,new laptop ,can't get past set up ,error box on screen ( computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered a error .windows installation cannot proceed ,to install windows&amp;nbsp; click ok to restart computer then then restart the installation&amp;nbsp; ).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I have done this several times but after laptop restarts this error box reappears&amp;nbsp; so I can't get to the installation part can anyone help &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards nancy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
