help with drivers

hi there im new here and hoping someone can help

I recently purchased this computer second hand from ebay its a sony vaio VGN AR41L. It didnt come with any disks or any other items.

Recently it had a major crash and windows vista got corrupted. So i did a fresh install with windows 7

The problem i am having is that i now cannot find ANY of the drivers for the machine, I cant find drivers for anything, The biggest concern being that i cant find drivers for the dvd rw drive :S and i cant find drivers for the nvida graphics card.

Basically i need the drivers for everything,

Hi Angela and welcome.

You will find all the available downloads for your model on the support website here: -

http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VGN-AR41L/updates

This model was released with Windows Vista installed and only this OS is fully supported. Windows 7 is not fully supported but most Vista drivers should be compatible with Windows 7.

You may have to search for some Windows 7 drivers.

thanks for the reply.

If i revert back to vista. wil i be able to get the drivers to get my dvd rw drive working again? also can i get the nvida driver again?
