Bought the VP yesterday - love it.

Charged the thing up and just had time for a quick play befopre bed.

I simply dragged and dropped a couple of MP3 folders into the trasfer file window and before you know it I was MP3'ing.

Why do I need to use Sonic Stage. What more does it offer. I'm quite happy with the high speed folder drag and drop.

Thoughts ?

You have to use sonicstage to add album covers to albums, also sonicstage allows the ability to manually delete and transfer songs from the VAIO Pocket HDD.

So think about it, no sonicstage no ability to delete songs from the VAIO. You would have to reformat and you would then lost all your data.

Though music transfer is good, sonicstage adds the cover art which is great 😜

Hornby

I mostly use VAIO music transfer, you just need to make sure that the track info is correct before transfer, Hornby is right about deleting tracks using SS, but I'm spending all of my time putting the bleeders on at the moment.
