Hi
Can anybody help. I have recently got a Vaio V3S desktop
that came with a trial of TVTV for PC. I've tried recording some
programmes but cant find where they are stored or even if
they have been recorded.
Yvonne

Hello Yvonne,

TVTV sends recording instructions to your computer over the internet. This can work only if you have an TV antenna or cable TV connected to the antenna connection of the V3S.

You can use Vaio-Zone to watch TV. No matter if you record something manually, record it timed on a local timer or if you send the recording instructions via the internet and TVTV - each time the recorded file is visible under video's in Vaio-Zone and stored with Vaio-Zones data on the 😧 drive.

If you can watch TV using Vaio Zone, but the recording instructions transmission does not work for TVTV, this can be due to lots of reasons: internet connection, subscription, login details in the TVTV tool on your PC, channel assignment in the TVTV tool on your PC and last but not least your firewall.
