Sonic stage help please

Hello Everyone

Bought my Vaio Pocket yesterday. It looks very cool next to my Vaio M1.

I have not used SS before, but have had other HDD players.

My first problem is when I open SS on my desktop it does not show all my music, only up to artists begining with G. How come? I tell it to look for files on my external hard drive, but it can't find them.....hmm.....WMP can, so I know they are there.

The second problem I have is adding album art. Think I have figured out how to put it into files on the PC. Do I need to delete all from my VP and then re-load the files with the pictures?

Any assistance would be gratefully received.

Try reinstalling SS and make sure you have the upgrade. It might be the way your music is named also as you might have something numbered which throws out the SS library.

thank you. I have re installed SS and it seems ok. I am now working on adding album art to all my files.....which may take some time lol.
