topic Slow speed on wireless (VPCSE1C5E) in PCs & Accessories

On my sony vaio s series, VPCSE1C5E, I have very slow speed on my wireless. Before I could use all my bandwith on wireless, but I had to reformat windows 7 home premium 64bit from a genuine CD, because I didn't have a backup of my pc so I used the cd from my desktop. Now I have installed all the drivers and updates so everything should be fine, but my wireless is very bad. As you can see on this picture, i only have 180mbps but before I had 300 constant. Now it varies very much, from under 100 to 300 unstable. On speedtest i have sometimes around 1-5 but some random moments I get over 40 for a short time. Upload speed is sometimes as it should be. I have 70/10 by the way. http://bildr.no/view/1075118

I have Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6230 I guess, and tried the driver from intel site and sony vaio. I also see there is an atheros wireless adapter on the vaio site. A friend of me on the same wireless router gets full speed still. So there is a problem with my card or my drivers. I have also set the channel width for 2,4 on auto to get 300mbps, thats the only change I have made. What is the problem? Do I have wrong drivers? Router is d-link dir-655, which is right next to me. Normally I would have full signal strenght but as you can see on the link I posted it is random and unstable from almost full to full.
