Verify internet explorer proxy server setting

When using the restore tool, i must "Verify internet explorer proxy server setting" to get it to work. How do i do that?

Proxy server settings can be found at Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > Settings. As a rule none of the check boxes should be marked. A proxy server is only relevant if you are using a network or something like a web filter on the host machine so I am a little confused by your problem.

On this sad day for London I reccommend you make a system restore point and reset your iexplorer settings to default and restart so your firewall and antivirus programs can make the neccessary adjustments.
