A very warm welcome to Club Vaio. Well I'm sure you are. I'm freezing down here in Brazil. I logged into my Vaio Link account and support and did a search in support for you fine self. Here are the resultant Q&A links:

1. How can I connect the network media receiver PCVA-MR10A (roomlink) to my VAIO desktop by ethernet cable?
2. The G-sense pad on my VAIO Pocket does not function properly
3. Which digital cameras are compatible with Vaio Pocket portable music player?
4. After having upgraded to Windows XP Service Pack 1 on my VAIO desktop, when I try to insert a CD/DVD-ROM, I do not get any sound from Giga Pocket.
5. Giga Pocket stops responding when I try to switch displays between the screen of a TV and my VAIO desktop.
6. I am unable to transfer a MP3 file to my VAIO Pocket.
7. I am unable to establish an ActiveSync connection via Bluetooth between the Windows powered Pocket PC and my Bluetooth enabled VAIO.
8. The Vaio pocket portable player does not operate normally.
9. I cannot change the volume of my VAIO Pocket portable music player.
10. How do I add channels in the Giga Pocket channel list on my PCV-RXG408 VAIO desktop?

Get an account with them now is a good idea but good luck getting your log in to work. It's like crapping an open umbrella.
I don't have a Vaio Pocket but I do have an XDA II Pocket PC which uses activesync 3.8 and that seems to be the key comunication software.

Aren't you feeling pity for yourself?

You write a lot of nonsense to soemone who asked a simple question which is indeed answered more than once in this forum.

I hope you have fun with your dinosaur (every mobile phone can do hat you pda can and often more) Windows media player does not work with the Vaio, or Ipod or any other quality player that use decent codecs.

Today a lot of people where killed or wounded in London and you write such a pityful response, very very childish.

Jeroen

I gave the whole list of Vaio Link Q&A with regards to the way ADVANCED Vaio Pocket because it may assist others, not just you, as we have very few responses to Pocket queries here on CV. I acknowledge I was not the right person to help on this matter so point taken and I pity myself for trying to help. By the way I posted my first response a long time before anything occured in London if you are capable of noticing the time clearly marked. Have you done anything to help here or anywhere?and find your comment about my XDA II laughable as a Pocket does bugger all except store data and play music and so do all the mobile phones on the market which are still years behind a mobile phone Pocket PC.
