Hi, using a vaio laptop for about 10 months and suddenly when accesing s by the Web only button a "First Time Wizard" appears, any idaeas why? only option is to close down and log on normally. Or should I accept the this and install the wizard?

Have you by any chance updated your browser (IE presumably) recently or installed any program that is web based?

Hi Rich, No not to my knowledge, I'm not to good with PC as you can see, but I dont recall doing so. Should I just accept the Wizard?

Hi Judy-J,

Chances are that there will be no problem as the message is generated by the browser. It may be prudent to first carry out a full scan for viruses/malware and also create a restore point. If no problems are found with the scan then go ahead with the 'First Time Wizard'.
