I have updated my drivers for the nvidia ge force 4 mx 460 which went well no probs all, is working ok but i did notice a video bios update in the downloads section of the sony 401 page. However when i follow the instructions i can not get it to update the video bios . I get to the reboot with the dos bot floppy and it goes to the dos promt a:\ then you are supposed to type 1 for it to update. It doesnt it just says invalid command?
Any ideas would be great on this issue.

Thanks for the info.
I have checked and the a drive is set to first boot.
Still no luck?
Theres no exe file when you dir on the dos boot disc either. I have also roled back to the old driver for the graphics card now as well as a few issues had cropped up with the new drivers.
I guess you can not use any new drivers until the video bios has been updated.
Still stuck on this one any more ideas?
I would have thought sony would have checked the download of this bios update to verify it did what they said it would do but not so sure.
I have downloaded it again and overwritten the info again to make sure the download was not corrupt still no luck.
