      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be that the computer is suffering from a system failure event during shutdown.  Try removing the tick from Control panel - System -  Advanced - Startup and Recovery - Automatically restart.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the computer shuts down OK after doing the above then have a look in Control panel - Administrative Tools - Event Viewer - System. See if there are any errors listed at the time of the shutdown.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sounds like it could be a driver or hardware problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
