      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;There should be a CD-ROM that came with the literature pack, it's possibly blue in colour and slightly transparent.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise, try  :arrow: &lt;A href="http://www.vaio-link.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.vaio-link.com&lt;/A&gt; and enter your serial number. That should bring up a specialised section of the site designed for your computer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
