Good afternoon,

All out of the blue, I have run into a strange problem. I think the problem is in somewhere in the settings of windows XP, but I can't get support there, because windows XP was delivered as a package with the Sony Vaio. I hope someone here can help me.
Suddenly my printer stopped working. I have a HP officejet K80. I checked if I could print using other programs, but only the software by HP itself was able to make a test-print. I tried logging in with my administrator user and he could print normally. All my normal user accounts can't print except that test-page using the HP software package. I already tried removing the printers and letting windows find them automaticly again. Does anyone have any ideas what could be the matter?

Thanks for any replies,
Joris
